A variety of Circle homebrews (looking for advice)

So, in an attempt to better understand what makes a model good to up my game, I've been working on some homebrews. Any criticism would be appreciated and I'm going to try to update these to make them as balanced as possible.

As Kromac has journeyed with Kreuger, his ability to maintain his arcane prowess while channeling the Devourer Wurm has slowly increased.

Kromac the Devour's Claw

Pathfinder, Terror

Feat: Blood of the Enemy: Kromac the Devour's Claw gains a cumulative +1 Str and Arm for each enemy model he destroys. Hearts of the Enemy lasts for one round.

The goal here is to change Kromac up a bit without losing out on the feel. He has a variety of buffs for his army and warbeasts while also being able to tear through infantry. His personal assassination is a bit less scary, I think, since he has to carve through a bit of infantry before he becomes scary, and he can't Beast Out for protection anymore.

While following the whims of Wurmwood and trying to manipulate dragons, Cassius the Oathkeeper fell in battle. Wurmwood had only one druid in mind for his replacement. While in the blighted presence of a dragon, Krueger underwent the ritual to become the new oathkeeper.

Advanced Deployment, Companion [Krueger the Stormoath], Ghost Shield, Immobile, Prowl, Sympathetic Link, Alter of Sacrifice, Strange Growth


The goal being to bring back a bit of Krueger1's infantry shredding while giving him a new melee-assassination twist and a few fluffy buffs to support his army on the way there.

Pretty much straight to the point. A lesser warlock able to take any Circle warbeasts. I decided on three points because I think its closest competition is the Wilder and this model is a bit better with the buffs it can hand out.
