The way I play him may not help you as much, as I play him with several heavy warbeasts. The game plan for me is to do a lot of surviving and not getting hurt by being super high armor until I can get his battlegroup into melee.

For infantry heavy Borka, I try to play more attrition/scenario. I try and kill as much of their infantry/heavies as possible and jam up the lines and try and eventually take scenarios. Or if a caster ends up getting into charge range of Borka himself I would probably go for the kill.

I run Borka at 35 with Mulg, a Mauler, an Axer, Horthol and min Cav. The basic idea is to smash your opponent's face right off. The small model count allows for pretty much everything to be in Wind Wall, or you can have hard to hit uber Cav. I like the speed and damage output of this list a lot!

The borka lists I have had the most trouble with have a couple beasts, the krielstone and some infantry, and as Happy said, they do a lot of surviving. They are like a slow moving tsunami moving over the board.
Sig Changed at Ed's request, he's still my fav though.

Start here. Remember the Ebdt + pyre combo can be replaced with mauler + axer.

Next go here, you don't have to use the strategy but look at the caster choices post, there is some info on how i like playing Borka. Also in the list post their is one of my go to Borka lists with some info on how to use it.

If Borka is a match for your play style he becomes stupid good. I only put him on the table if my opponent fields a cheese list.

If Borka doesn't match your playstyle then change casters he is set in his ways and not very flexible.

    Good luck to ya.
