    Default 25pt list

So I've been playing Hordes for a few months and am planning on moving from a 15pt list to a 25 pt list here soon and was just wondering what people thoughts were on my army building so far.

    Here is my 15pt army

    Kaya -6
    Argus 4 X2
    Feral 9
    Shifting Stones 2
    Druid Wilder 2

I'm still working with this army it runs well with managing fury and I can use shifting stones to tie up my enemy while I go in for the kill but Wilder at the moment doesn't end up doing a lot. I sometimes play Lord of Feast instead of Wilder and the stones as well.

My 25pt army that I am planning adds

    Pureblood 9
Trade an Argus to add Lord of Feast 4
    Stone Keeper 1

Let me know what your guys thoughts are with what I am working with and if I'm just totally off the map. Maybe you guys have some better suggestions then what I'm doing.
    Thanks guys.

The pureblood is a great addition, as are lord of the feast and the stone keeper. That list will serve you pretty well I expect.

Two other models you should invest in ASAP are the gorax (potential replacement for the other Argus) and the warp wolf stalker. Kaya 1 really helps the stalker with pack hunter. The gorax is a solid fury battery with an animus for when things just need to die. The vast majority of your future lists can or will include both these models.

At 25 and 35, expect to see a good deal more infantry. You have a few good options to deal with them in Lotf, pureblood spray, and stalker berserk attacks. One other solid investment would be the tharn bloodtrackers with Nuala. They are speedy, stealthy, weapon masters who get bonuses vs their prey target. Also consider a blackclad, a very nifty solo.

Hope this helps give you a few ideas, but your initial thoughts are very good.

Just +1 to what he said really. Those are the figures I'd be loking at and your grasp of what you have is good already.

I'd also add that you should pick up a unit of Shifting Stones, posthaste!

Edit: Herp, Derp, I kan reed! You already have them. Whoops!

Thanks for all the great suggestions. It's been awhile since I've added to my army I do have The Lord of the Feast putting my at 19 pts. currently. I have been looking at the minions recently and was looking for advice only playing gators with my current army. I would move to the 25pt. list by adding a

    Gatormen Posse 6pts.

What do you guys think of that? I've been playing 19pt. matches with my friends against Kador and definitely feel I need a unit on the field. I may also drop Druid Wielder and add Stone Keeper 1pt. and Gallows Grave 1pt.

From what I've hear switching an Argus for a Gorax looks to be in my favor as well.
