In light of our wildly successful bid to see the Black Dragons come into existence, I think we should move on to asking for something else (after saying thank you, of course). It was the nature of our BD campaign that we simply asked for the unit - we speculated about the rules, but did not ask for anything specific; instead, we asked for something PP had already set up in the fluff. I think all of our campaigns should use this method, as reliably PP will ignore requests for specific rules. If we stick to a named something from the fluff, we leave PP maximum creative flexibility.
In that vein, I would like to start a campaign for this fellow. Again, it is important that we NOT specifically ask that he have any special rule in particular - leave that to the company. Instead, do the same thing we did for the BDIFP - just ask for him by name. We should certainly see if we could get him made as a league model in the next league, for example! His fluff strongly implies that he would be a solo, so for the league I'd suggest having him be a character Widowmaker Marksman.
