    Default What I should get.

I mentioned before I'm playing pigs for a slow growth league and I'm not one to buy models here and there...so I started picking my models now, especially since I currently have the money to do so.

At the moment I have Carver, Targ, 2 War Hogs, 1 Gun Boar, R&B, and a unit of Slaughterhousers. I want to get some Brigands, I'm just not sure if I should get a full unit or 2 min units. What do you guys think or if you have any other suggestions.

Also I also plan on getting the other casters eventually and I heard Bone Grinders are good with Dr. A.

Two minimum units would allow you to field one full unit if you ever got that urge.

I picked up two full units, but have not had the chance to run them at full strength (yeah, two full units. I know- it's a sickness) just yet.

I picked up three War Hogs to run Dr. Arkadius' theme, and have two Gun Boars, as well as a second unit of Slaughterhousers, but I haven't run a big enough army to field everything. Yet.

    - 2 min units Brigands or more (take min every time, more models and you have the option to field more units, especially in Carver tier)
    - second Slaughterhousers
    - third Warhog
    - Razorback (with AD it's really useful)

If you want Arkadius, Bonegrinders are more or less a must

If you don't play tier, consider Saxon Orrik to give your Slaughterhousers pathfinder.

You're not that bad yet Brotherscott...

    For Gators, I have :

    all 3 warlocks
4 of each current light beast
2 of each current heavy beast

    all the character solos
    a Thrullg {still haven't gotten it do do anything other than die uselessly!!}
    3 Feralgeists
2 max units Bog Trog Ambushers
    3 max units of Posse

I am considering a 4th posse to get me to 150 for Unbound games, and silliness with Barnabas' theme force, as after I get two Swamp Horrors and three Witchdoctors I will be 9 points shy of 150 points - after warbeast points!!

Oni- I think what we are getting at here is that yes, you want all of it. As much as you can, as often as you can...

@Magnus & Loki- Impressive collections. I think I can easily field 100 points each in Gatorz and Peegs... I am waiting to see what beasts come out before I load up on any more heavies or lights. Two of each seems to go a long way, and 3 War Hogs is almost as funny as three Mariners & Bart. Four Bull Snappers is only because I have to paint one red...

Start with two min units of Brigands (which will let you field one max unit as well). Then later you can gradually max both of them out if you wish.

The other priorities I think would be picking up one or both of the other warlocks and a min Bonegrinders (for use with Arkadius & S&D). You really don't need more Bonegrinders than just a single min squad.
    Currently playing: Farrow & Skorne

Ok thanks for all the info guys. As it stands after the league I'll eventually own 2 of each unit a third Warhog min bonegrinders and both casters i was just seeing what you recommend in the mean time.

So my final purchase for the league should be two boxes of Brigands.

I just really wish there was a proper option for running a full-on minions unbound list since I really hate losing out on bone grinders for Calaban, though I guess its not so bad due to how much less competetive the game feels in said unbound games. Not that I have Pigs yet though I am seriously considering them myself (though I'll be damned if I can't try to wait out for another minion pact to show up)

Since, you know, the only other way is if I end up getting so many multiples of beasts like you have. On one hand, I don't think I'd ever need more than the 2 bullsnappers I already have ever, but on the other if I DID play unbound I WOULD want my 3rd caster to have one too... And maybe even give WE one... And with only 2 wrastlers and a turtle I won't have nearly enough heavies...

Oh god its happening, my wallet, no!

(At least I won't have to paint another Posse for a good while.)
