    Not trying to be rude to anyone for any reason at all, this is all on me. I am red-faced and ashamed at how all this is playing out. PLEASE know that I AM working on giving out refunds and sending orders as quickly as I can. Also note that I am not dealing with just a few dozen orders (I wish), there are several dozens per month since last November. I think I have November and most of December covered so far. I understand the frustration, believe me I do. I will complete all orders just as quickly as I can. Remember though, I also have a 40+ hour a week regular job that I work in addition to Skullcrafts. ...I know that's a sorry excuse, but I'm only one dude with a mountain of SNAFU to deal with. I have no right, literally, to ask for anyone's patience at this point. So I won't. I agree with the previous poster that says to make a claim through PayPal if you are not wilLing to wait for me. I have no problem at all refunding the entire purchase price.

    Most credit card companies will let you dispute out to 90 days. Talk to them first. I've had some problems with paypal in the past refunding money. You typically get your money back faster than dealing with paypal if you go right to the card company.

    Agreed. Are you up the the January orders yet?

    It would pay to relaunch your site, keep the store closed but display a notification of whats going on (and keep it updated with the progress)

    I call BS on all of this "not getting my email" crap. How about you try logging into your paypal account? It shows a list of EVERYONE who has sent you money! Lemme guess, that's not showing up either? BS! No way, no how. So STOP making excuses for your crap customer service and make this right!!!

    I made a purchase from Skullcrafts of over $50 worth of stuff MONTHS ago and haven't received anything or heard a SINGLE word concerning my order. So I would advise everyone to avoid skullcrafts like the plague. There's PLENTY of other companies out there producing items of the same quality who will actually ship you your product and if they f**k up, won't make up silly excuses as to why you never got your product or heard back from them.

    I hate to be so critical, but I've been dealing with this for MONTHS now, and it's past the point where paypal will refund my money because I continued to give skullcrafts the benefit of the doubt, so I'm pretty sure I'll never see the stuff I've ordered and that I'm just simply screwed. So please don't make the same mistake that I did. Purchase your basing supplies elsewhere.

    Also, has anyone with outstanding orders received their purchases since Arkblade first posted on this thread? If so please comment, it would be somewhat reassuring to know this guy is actually doing what he says he is.

    I ordered from Skullcrafts on December 10, 2011. I never received anything from him. I did get a fake tracking number (when you look it up all it shows is that a shipping label had been printed). I emailed, finally got the "my email doesn't work well excuse", and a promise that my order was going to be shipped that weekend. Nothing. Then I opened a PayPal dispute, and got an immediate (as in within a half-hour) response that he didn't know what was going on, and my shipment would be out by the weekend if I would close the dispute so he could print another label. Of course, the whole time I am thinking that I should not close the dispute, but I guess I always think that people are generally honest so I went ahead and closed the dispute. Still nothing. Here it is over four months later, and I still have no product from Skullcrafts.

    James, if you are reading this, you can still make things right.

    I did the same thing and regret it. Placed my order in January. I can't even get my money back from this guy, I'd still like my order but I don't think its going to be coming anytime soon or at all.

    James, you need to make this right. You stated how hard this is for you because of your work hours and how many of these cases you have to process and track down. Well thats your problem mate, you need to take time off work to sort this mess out if its that hard. Considering this is a business, and you have made money off customers like myself, I think its time you start treating this more than just some casual error. Keep this up and your business is ruined, if it wasn't already. Fix this mess NOW and you can still turn things around.

    This right here is the truth.
    If your 'email doesn't work', Paypal will show you all of the people who have sent you money, they're contact information, emails, everything.

    At this point, I would just write off what you've bought, and I wouldn't expect any refunds.

    My advice would be to just call the number posted earlier in the thread, and if it really comes down to it, you can press charges, can you not? Honestly, this is theft, no question.

    On another note; the Secret Weapon fallen leaves are awesome, and you get enough for a lifetime in the one $5 bag.

    The last post he made was over a month old, and there's still people in this thread that have no gotten merchandise, or refunds.

    So, not much, if anything, has been cleared up since January. I'll be very surprised if he opens his store again. Things like this can completely destroy any credibility a business might have. I know I wouldn't buy anything after seeing this thread, even if he did claim to get things sorted out.

    International phone calls are difficult and quite expensive for me at the moment, and I don't think it would be a very civil phone call if I did call him so he would probably hang up before I got any real info.

    I don't use facebook but if anyone here does and can, keep an eye out for him and find out whats going on with all the outstanding orders.

    I think you've hit the nail on the head Ghool, and with that I've now given up on seeing my money back or my order. So thats that. Still annoyed I've lost $30 to this dude but glad it was only that much because I was initially going to place quite a large order of $80 or so.

    This new place in the UK is great and their basing kits that come out a lot cheaper than a lot of places that sell just a little tub of leaves alone. With shipping and everything it cost me about $20 for it to come to LA within a couple weeks. Awesome stuff! They also throw in a bonus basing thing usually too.

    Their leaves alone are about $2 a tub btw.

    Did everyone get a refund? I refunded ALL the orders that were NOT processed. The ones that were processed and not shipped, I shipped out. Sorry, been busy but I did this like in June/July of last year. If you did NOT get product or a refund, please message me or email me: goblinspit@hotmail.com with your paypal invoice or transaction number with order information.
