Not trying to be rude to anyone for any reason at all, this is all on me. I am red-faced and ashamed at how all this is playing out. PLEASE know that I AM working on giving out refunds and sending orders as quickly as I can. Also note that I am not dealing with just a few dozen orders (I wish), there are several dozens per month since last November. I think I have November and most of December covered so far. I understand the frustration, believe me I do. I will complete all orders just as quickly as I can. Remember though, I also have a 40+ hour a week regular job that I work in addition to Skullcrafts. ...I know that's a sorry excuse, but I'm only one dude with a mountain of SNAFU to deal with. I have no right, literally, to ask for anyone's patience at this point. So I won't. I agree with the previous poster that says to make a claim through PayPal if you are not wilLing to wait for me. I have no problem at all refunding the entire purchase price.
