pGaspy 15 points Cryx only list 15

Hi,
i bought Asphyxious and simply made a list for him thats what i came up with (i wanted to have only cryx models):
Iron Lich Asphyxious (*6pts)
* Nightwretch (4pts)
* Nightwretch (4pts)
* Skarlock Thrall (2pts)
Bloodgorgers (Leader and 9 Grunts) (8pts)
General Gerlak Slaughterborn (3pts)

I can not express how much I love pgaspy He is very focus hungry caster and not all the same time. Your list is good but drop a node and the skarlock.

You have two 2 ap attacks that can do serious damage to big jacks. Bloodgorgers with sything touch and get a parasite going can easily take out anything in their pass. This my recommendation to you. RipJaw and Cankerwurm don't need alot of focus .

I would agree- I find myself always hating taking the Skarlock after about the second turn with Asphyxious. I can't ever seem to find a good target for the spells, and all my best upkeeps are already out... it's just always disappointing. I don't know about the Ripjaw, personally (never tried using it), but running the Cankerwurm is a very good choice with asphy.

Cankerworm is a personal choice, but at that points level, the 2 arc nodes would be IMO superior, he is first a spell assassin.
Secondly, with a huge mob of Trolls, I highly suggest fitting in Saxon to give them pathfinder, because terrain/and rough terrain generating spells hold them up bad.

I like keeping the skarlock around to cycle scything touch personally. It works really well if you are engaged in multiple combats. That can turn the worm into more of a melee beast or just have gaspy keep all his focus and run around smashing things.

reaper pulls stuff out of the way
divers slam stuff out of the way
Wrathe for deathride

Gaspy charges right at enemy caster using all of the above to clear any and all possible paths, then stirsticks enemy to death with a feat turn.
