Hey guys,

I hope that everyone will find the following reservation link very user friendly. Please click on the link to go to the reservation web page.
When you open up the page, please enter the check in date of 03/30/2012 and enter the check out date of 04/01/2012.
You can enter or click on the number of rooms, which is preset to 1. You can enter the number of people in the room if you wish, just remember
that each room has a maximum capacity of 4 people per room. Fold out cots are an extra to the room rate. Click on Search.
Two different types of rooms will come up, a King Bed room or a 2 double bed room, each for $95.00 per night (plus NJ 15% sales tax).
Click on which type of room that you wish to reserve and follow the instructions to enter the billing/payment information to complete the
reservation.

If you are reserving multiple rooms, then you will have to register for each room individually. The website is secure and is only for The Colonial GT
participants and family, thus it is only available via this link. We have a block set of 35 to 100 rooms, so we need to meet the minimum of 35 rooms
in order to retain this discounted rate (which shouldn't be a problem). If you have already booked at a different rate, cancel and re-book through this
website so that you can count toward the minimum total and get the discount. This is the closest hotel to the event and they have both a restaurant
and bar. We will be the first group to enjoy the new facelift.

Hey gang,

we are looking to offer a day rate for the Colonial GT in reguards to Warmachine! Give the main web site a day or two; www.thecolonialgt.com, but the paypal option will give the following pay rates: 1 Day $15.00, 2 Day $25.00, and the whole weekend $40.00! Note though, the criteria for the Masters is not going to change, so make sure you view the tournament packet on the Colonial web site. The Press Gangers running the Warmachine event at the Colonial will be keeping track of the situation, criteria earners will go in first, and then the $40.00 ticket purchasers will then take priority over reamaining slots. If there is space available after that, players will be given access to the Masters.

There is two qualifiers for Warmachine at the Colonial. These qualifiers will give one entry to the Colonial (Warmachine) for all three days for free! Plus entry to the Masters! One is at Maplewood Hobby on the 10th of March. You can follow that information by following this web link:

We will be holding a Tier List Steamroller at Showcase in the Granite Run Mall. If anyone needs a ride let me know. Details are below:

2. Painting: No requirement

3. Number of Rounds: 3-4

4. Match Timing: Death Clock, (Turn Length 45min)

6. Victory: Assassination Victory, Scenario Victory, Control Points Tiebreaker, Army Points Remaining Tiebreaker

7. Final Standings: If there is no clear winner at the end of the tournament, use the Control Point tiebreaker.
