That's probably part of the problem. They want to release them both at the same time, and Apple is notorious for being slow and capricious about releasing apps. The apps themselves have probably been done for 6 months, and they're waiting on Apple's approval.

I just recently got into Warmachine, so I'm thinking about all the Warmachine faction decks.

...but, knowing myself, it seems like just a matter of time before I get into Hordes...so I considering getting the Warmachines + Hordes decks.

And just being able to browse all the decks and get all future updates....

Very tempting....what about you all?

I'm not totally sure what I'm buying. I SHOULD buy the full thing, as, in all likelihood, I'll want it eventually and I save myself $18. At the same time, I can drop just half the total cost for two factions and my mercs/minions and that will provide the vast majority of my uses for the app for quite a while (particularly since mercs/minions are my biggest interests beyond my current factions) saving myself $32 if I find I don't like the app as the ultimate resource for all things Warmachine/Hordes. I'll probably just try out the free cards for a bit and then make my decision, but it would be a whole lot easier if Mercs and Minions weren't a separate fee.

That's one thing I wonder if it will happen at all. I almost expect it to be Android Market only (easy to fix on the Fire), although the way the app is designed it should be no problem to offer the .apk directly.
