I'll run this tournament the same way that I run any other event - meaning that everyone will be expected to show courtesy to their opponent at all times and the general rules/errata for Warmahordes will be upheld without question (no cheating). Also all of the in-house etiquette that is placed on the players will be enforced - this is dictated by whatever store we're in, which basically means don't be an arrogant-arguing-jerk. This makes sure that everyone has a good clean environment that they can game in. I've never run across a situation where I've had to kick someone out, but it helps that we have a fantastic group of players who take pride in their sportsmanship. Really that's more of the official, cover my rear-end verbiage. Everyone understands that there will be a lot of holes in each others lists, but no one really shows up with a competitive mind-set for an event like this. This type of tournament is really for the casual players just want to hang out and have a good time. Also its good for the competitive guys as they can try out different things that they normally wouldn't do.

Now the day of the tournament i'll have a sign-up sheet on the counter by the register. The players come in sign in, pay the entry fee to the store, etc. When 2:00 rolls around i'll get the list from the store and then i'll get everyone together and announce that the tournament has begun. Normally, i'd already have the pairings set up - but since its more of a casual event i'll let them decide. If someone doesn't have a pairing then i'll assign one. If need be i'll grab some of my models to prevent a by-round, this isn't the type of tourney for a by-round. We'll be playing on 3x4 tables (basically just splitting a 4x6 in half so that we can double up on the amount of games per table - and free up space for the other game systems). Since I am allowing a time extension for the tournament itself, when 6:00 rolls around I will see if I have at least 2 games going on (hence the 4 people min. limit) and i'll see if they want to continue playing. If so i'll allow the tournament to go on to a maximum of 8:00 p.m.

I think the question was more how can you fit anything in 5 points... It is 5 points and then add your warjack points.
