Are there any rules that prevent blast deviates from moving over solid, impassable terrain? (ie. a large house)

Impassible terrain concerns the movement of models, not the scattering of AOE's.

Disclaimer: The behavior and categorization of individual terrain pieces is something that both players must agree upon. The rulebook only lays out basic types and categories of terrain as a vocabulary for describing behaviors.

Terrain features, models, or other effects do not block deviating AOE attacks. They always take effect at the determined point of impact.
