Situation: Conquest use its Creeping Barrage ability and places 2 templates in front of, for example, a unit Temple Flame Guard. On the activation of the TFG, they

A) Activate
B) Declare the Shield Wall Order
C) Move each unit individually, each entering the templates put down by Creeping Barrage.
D) At the of the movement and action, the TFG model(s) (of interest here) are in B-2-B with other models in their unit.

Do the TFGs benefit from Shield wall on their movement through the template?

I think not. You move "models" individually in the game so at some point they are not in "Base to Base" with another model in their unit (Shield Wall's wording is "...while in B2B with another affected model in its units").

Shield wall takes effect after you have finished your movement. Since the first model to enter is not in base to base, it would not get the shield wall bonus - nor would any of the other models.

Models move one at a time. They take damage from the Creeping Barrage AOE's one at a time, as they finish their movement. Assume that Model A entered the AOE and survived. As soon Model B enters base contact with Model A, Model B will get the bonus, so that bonus will apply when it suffers the damage roll from the AOE. But no one is going to get the bonus until someone manages to survive without it.

Theoretically?
If model A moves, but does not enter the AOE (gets right next to it) then model B moves and gets B2B with model A and is partially inside the AOE, he would get the bonus also?

Then again that's more tactics than rules......
