just read the rule for Killing Spree
basically if the model kills an enemy it can move and make one additional attack.

it the same model moves and kills another enemy, does killing spree activate again, or does only one attack generate per turn.

Abilities that generate extra attacks, but have limits to their triggers will state those limits in the ability description. For example, Cleave says it only generates one Cleave attack per activation, and Snap Fire says that the triggered Snap Fire shot cannot itself trigger an additional Snap Fire.

Killing Spree, far as I recall, has no limit specified, so it triggers every time it's condition is met.
