Greetings! Have some simple concepts that would like to clarify :) :

1.
If a model makes a *Special Action, does that means that he cannot attack anymore for that turn?

What if he has like four attacks, and after finishing the third attack he decides to activate his *Special Action?

2.
Say a model has four attacks. After he resolves his third attack, can he use his fourth action to perform a *Special Attack? Or can he just use his *Special Attack first, then resolve this three other regular attacks, then spend fury or focus to create more attacks?

1. A special action replaces ALL attacks. If you choose to make attacks, you cannot make a special action. If you choose to make a special action, you cannot make attacks.

2. A special action replaces all initial attacks. If you make any initial attacks, you cannot make a special attack. If you make a special attack, you cannot make initial attacks, though you can purchase more attacks of the same type (melee or ranged) if you are able to do so.
