If a model with the Bump animus cast on it was slammed (and damaged via the slam) by a model with the Follow Up ability, which would trigger first? Bump says the push occurs after the attack is resolved and Follow Up says the advance occurs immediately after the attack is resolved, so would it be correct to assume that the slamming model advances via the ability and is then pushed via the animus?

"After the attack is resolved" is its own step in the Attack Main Sequence and has four sub-steps that cause various "after the attack" effects to happen in specific orders.

Both Bump and Follow Up are Step 12 "The attack is resolved. After the attack is resolved:" effects.
And "Resolve active player effects that do not involve making an attack." comes before "Resolve inactive player effects." (Step 12 B and Step 12 C.)
The presence or absence of immediately doesn't come in to play in this case.

So slam, Follow Up (as the active player effect) and then Bump (as the inactive player effect).
