Apologies if this has already been answered - my search Fu is weak.

A living unit flee's as a result of terror, failed command check in the opponents turn.
In your turn, the witch doc croc Zombifies them to give them undead and tough.

If you have a fleeing unit, and Rhupert puts heroic call on them, the following rule makes it very clear what happens:
"A fleeing unit automatically passes CMD checks against fleeing and never flees. A fleeing unit that becomes fearless automatically rallies and may act as normal during their activation."

If you have a fleeing unit, and the doc croc uses zombify on them, the following rule is way less clear:
"An undead unit never flees."

Does the unit flee as there is no rally clause or is this meant to work like Inspiration?

Context: Only making my bloodtrackers undead when they fail a test to allow the Bokor and Shambler to pick up their corpses :)

Yes. They immediately rally because an undead model never flees.
