Can you leap/jump under shadowbound?

Leaping says you can't do it if you can't charge. Shadowbound says the only advance you can make is to change facing. Can you nonsense round this by declaring a 0" charge and then leap?

1) You can't leap if you charge. So you can't charge 0" then leap.

2) Being unable to move except to change facing does not give a movement penalty per se and thus does not negate the ability to charge. You thus can Leap if Shadow Bound after you advance 0.

You may only use a jump under a full advance, which is not charging. You may however advance 0" and still jump under Shadow Bind

Shadow Bind does not prevent charges. You can still use Leap while affected by it.

Have a look at one of the PP BAttle reports where this was done to great affect to get around Denny2's feat
