My search-fu turned up nothing on this, so I apologize if this has been asked before.

For clarity, here's the wording on Advance Move:

Before the start of the game but after both players have deployed, a model with Advance Move can make a full advance

1) If I'm running a Tier List that gives me Advance Move in an event which uses Death Clocks, does the Advanced Move come out of my time?
- I think "Yes", since deployment is on the clock, and this happens between deployment and Turn 1.

2) If I'm running the same in an event with Timed Turns (say, Hardcore), does the Advance Move come out of my allotted time?
- I believe "No", because it happens before the game begins and Deployment isn't on the clock.

That is how it has been played in my area since the inception of death clock, and how timed turns events have been dealt with since Mk-II began here.
