First, the wording for Counter Charge:

When an enemy model advances and ends its movement within 6" of this model and in its LOS, this model can immediately charge it.

In order to trigger Counter Charge, an enemy model must do two things: 1) Advance, and 2) end its movement within 6" of the model with the Counter Charge rule.

If a model forfeits its movement, it is still considered to have "ended its movement", but it is not considered to have advanced, so it will not trigger Counter Charge.

A model may only change its facing during an advance (barring some other special effect/ability), so in order to change facing, a model must advance, even if it only advances 0". A model that changes its facing and advances 0" while within 6" and in the LOS of a model with Counter Charge will trigger it.

Fleeing doesn't change anything - if the model advances/runs 0", it can still trigger Counter Charge.

If a model forfeits its movement, it is still considered to have "ended its movement"I think thats wrong. Model forfeiting movement triggers "end the activation" effects, but wont trigger "end its movement" effects.

I think thats wrong. Model forfeiting movement triggers "end the activation" effects, but wont trigger "end its movement" effects.

Incorrect:

A model can forfeit its movement anytime before it moves. When a model forfeits its movement, resolve the effect to which the moment is being forfeited, then the model ends its movement, triggering any relevant effects.
