Alexia and her Risen (all) were hit by Chain Lightning.
Chain Lightning does simultaneous damage.

1) How do you resolve the damage on Alexia?

Sub-Question:
2) Does the order how the Chain Lightning jump matter in this case?

Since all damage is simultaneous, the risen die at the same time as alexia is taking her damage roll, so she cannot use them to save herself.

Damage is simultaneous. Doesn't matter what order the lightning jumps in, they all get zapped at the same time.

So how does this work in play? If the chain-lightning kills Alexia, do I not remove her from the board until Chain Lightning is completely done, and then eat whatever Risen survive after the attack is resolved, or is she removed as soon as she's damaged?

Because... If the answer is the second case, it's kinda wonky. That means if you target a Risen and Alexia is the last to be zapped, she can eat Risen. But if she gets zapped first, she can't, even if none of the other Risen die.

Since Chain Lightning is a simultaneous attack, Alexia won't actually be destroyed until after every single damage roll from Chain Lightning is resolved.

So she "dies", then you resolve the last damage rolls, then you can start removing Thralls that weren't destroyed by the spell to heal her.
