I am new to this game system, so this might seem like a silly question to all the vets out there, but I can't seem to find anywhere in the rulebook what the effect of an intervening model it.

In the LOS rules they very clearly state what constitutes an intervening model, but I don't see any effect of such a model listed anywhere in the book. Is this some kind of oversight, or is it actually no harder to hit something that is 90% obscured by another model from the firing models perspective than it is to hit one that is in the open?

Again, I might be missing something, if there is a clear answer that I am missing could you leave me a page reference so that I can read it?

Thanks for your help!

Being 90% obscured by models has zero effect on the difficult to hit your target. Being 100% obscured makes in impossible, barring special abilities. You either have line of sight or you don't.

Ok, that's what I read in the rules, seems a little counterintuitive, but that's mini gaming for you! Thanks for your help.
