I've had some beasts under status effects at the start of some turns recently, and had some questions about frenzying in those situations.

1. Does a stationary beast take a frenzy check?
2. If it does test, what does a stationary beast do if it frenzies?
3. What does a knocked down beast do if it frenzies, stand up and walk over to the frenzy-determined target?
4. What choices are there in the frenzying process, or is it completely deterministic given a board state? (choosing targets, facing, moving before the attack, etc)
5. Similarly for black oil, death chill?

1 and 2: See: https://privateerpressforums.com/showthread.php?177421-Stationary-and-Frenzy
3. See the "must forfeit during frenzy" clauses.
4. "Check the following conditions in order. The first valid condition determine the frenzy target for the warbeast and how it will act during its activation. If multiple models match a condition, choose among them randomly."
5. See #3.
