A storm raptor frenzies while controlled by Una (or is shot by a splatter boar with awareness up). It in not engaging any enemy model but it does have a friendly model that is behind it within 2" (so since its front arc extends 360 degrees that model is in its melee range). That model is not in any field of fire. The Storm raptor therefore frenzies on that model, forfeits its movement and attacks. Can it attack the model with its beak? Or does it just make no attacks?

The Storm Raptor would use its Beak, for two reasons:

1. A model with a 360-degree arc can use any weapons with a "H", "S" or "-" location without being bound to its fields of fire.

2. A warbeast that frenzies makes its attack with the highest-POW usable melee weapon which, in the Storm Raptor's case, is its Beak.

I think this is right but the wording in gargantuans is - "Weapons with locations “H” or “—” can target models in either field of fire." not that they aren't restricted by field of fire.
