Can a frenzied warbeast activate again with eThagrosh's feat.

his feat states:

After all friendly models have completed their activations this turn, each warbeast in Thagroshʼs battlegroup that is in his control area can make a full advance followed by one normal melee attack.

eThagrosh's feat doesn't allow for an extra activation, but it does apply to frenzied beasts as well. Keep in mind they are still frenzied, though.

For clarification maudlin does that mean that the frenzied beast would be able to make its normal movement at any target and then receive boosted melee and damage rolls? or does the frenzied beast follow frenzy rules and move towards the nearest enemy model and attack?

While a warbeast is frenzied (1 round), it can only act as described under the frenzy rules, but it does get boosted melee attack and damage rules.

I don't even understand Ethags feat. after all models are done and your about to end your turn you get to activate all your models again. or do you pop the feat early in your turn then after each model than activate it again and move on to the next model?

You can activate feats only during caster/warlock activation, so during Thragosh activation you declare using feat but it "activate" only when you are about to finish your turn.

Epic Thagrosh uses his feat during his activation. Then after all the Legion models have finished their activations, you check to see which Legion warbeasts are in Epic Thagrosh's control area and only those models can make an advance and one normal melee attack.
You do not get to activate any model again, you only get to have each affected warbeast make an advance and one normal melee attack.
