1. Is there a limit to the number of Spells that a warcaster can cast in a turn?

2. Can a warcaster cast a spell and use a melee/ranged attack in the same turn?

3. Can a warcaster cast buff spells on nearby friendly units that are not part of their battlegroup?

Sorry for all the questions but these are things I am shaky on.

1. The only limit is how much Focus he has. Exception: if the spell states it can only be cast once per turn.

2. Yes.

3. As long as they are legal targets for the spell (target model/unit) and are in RNG, yes.

For the future, 1 question per thread please.

Just a point of clarification. Units are never part of a battleground. #3

Units are never part of a battleground.

Well, if you happen to flaten them...;)

Is the battlegroup just the caster/lock and jacks/beasts?

Is the battlegroup just the caster/lock and jacks/beasts?

Yes.

But, please, in the future, start a new thread for a new question. Thank you.
