ok harbys Feat godhead states when an enemy model ends there turn closer to her then they began they suffer the pow damage now if they charge a unit that is closer to her then they started would they take the godhead damage before or after there attacks. We played it that they moved first took the damage then got to swing. Thanks in advance

As soon as movement ends, damage is applied.

For one round, advancing enemy models that end their movement in the Harbinger's control area closer to her than they began suffer an unboostable POW14 fire damage roll.

Emphasis mine.

Since it triggers on them ending their movement, if they charge, their movement ends, they take the POW14, then they get their charge attack if they live through it.

Ok, thanks guys that's what we thought but were not 100% sure due to the fact some games would claim that the charge is all one action so you have to wait till after they do there attacks.

Charge used to be a single action. This was changed in MK II. Charge is now a movement that forces an action at the end of it (that being a melee attack). The charge attack is distinct from the movement though: abilities may trigger and anytime abilities used in the gap between movement and attack.
