If a model being saved by Roth's Mercy has tough, does the model get to make a tough roll before being saved by Roth's Mercy? Both activate on disable.

pls point to relevant rule pg too?

Since they are both effects that trigger on disabled, you can choose the order in which you want to resolve them. So you can pick Tough first and roll. If you pass, then you're no longer disabled and Roth's Mercy doesn't resolve. If you fail, then you can use Roth's Mercy to save the guy.

On the other hand if for some reason you needed to keep the guy alive and you didn't want to risk him getting KD, you could choose to resolve Roth's Mercy first. Then Tough does not resolve since the model is no longer disabled.

Detailed rules on timing of effect interactions can be found in Appendix A, pg 244

So where to effects resolve at the same priority on that chart, the owner of those effects choose?
