Basically just wondering when i use force bolt with my battle mages do i get to choose their facing at the end of the push/pull ?

no. push/pull does not change facing.

Unless otherwise specified, a model’s facing does not change when it moves without advancing. (Page 46)

Ok what about using rahns Telekenisis? i saw in a battle report that he changed the facing?

Yes, when using a spell such as Telekinesis, i.e. a place effect, you can change the facing. A place effect is not a move nor an advance.

Force bolt uses the rules for "Push" from Prime. Telekinesis use the rules for "Placing" - search for them in the index for Prime, and the difference should become clear.
