You only lose Incorporeal if you make attacks while Incorporeal. If something makes you Incorporeal after your activation, it isn't "retconned" to not happen just because you made attacks before you were Incorporeal.

A model loses Incorporeal for one round after it makes an attack, but it didn't have Incorporeal when it made the attacks. Making an attack doesn't prevent something from gaining Incorporeal for a round or anything.

If your question was answered, please do not edit your post to remove the question, and a Moderator certainly will not remove your post because the question was answered (though it may be locked to prevent additional unnecessary posts [like this one!]).
