MK IV Can I buy additional attacks after Trampling?

It still has it's normal Combat Action, though it resolves its initial attacks through the Trample rules. But, it can buy afterwards.

Well, it doesn't matter, as a penalty to SPD after you are moving doesn't change how far you move.

Yep, the forfeiting is a result of teleporting, not a cost to do so in this case.
